Radiographic Screening Service
INCOC Radiographic Screening Service keeps a register containing names, addresses, telephone numbers, and email addresses of dog owners and veterinarians who have sent images for grading.
Personal data is not disclosed to third parties without a written consent of the data subject.
Personal registries are kept in a data system and/or stored in paper format. Access to these data is possible only with personal usernames and passwords of those processing the data. These are kept safe and in secret. Data in paper format is kept in a locked space to which outsiders have no access to.
